Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. is a Professional Land Survey firm with offices located in Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa, and Oakland,
California. We typically serve Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Mendocino, Lake, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties. We have provided services as far as Seattle, Washington, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Albequerque, New Mexico, and Orange and San Diego Counties in California.
Cinquini & Passarino was formerly known as the independent firms of Passarino Associates, founded in 1954, and George Cinquini & Associates, founded in 1989. In January, 1994, Passarino Associates and George Cinquini & Associates proudly merged and formed Cinquini & Passarino. Today, Anthony G. Cinquini, PE, PLS and James M. Dickey, PLS continue the legacy of excellence that has made Cinquini & Passarino a premier land surveying firm in California. In 2013, Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. acquired HWB, PLS.
With the acquistion, Howard Brunner, PLS, HWB’s founder, joined our team. Howard Brunner, PLS brings to our office valuable knowledge in the litigation field and enables Cinquini & Passarino to better service clients in the Sonoma County wine regions of Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Cloverdale. Howard is well regarded as an expert witness within the North Bay Area. Together, our company has over 62 combined years of land surveying and mapping experience.
Cinquini & Passarino utilizes the latest technology in surveying and mapping. We use Total Stations, Electronic Field Books, Laser Scanners, Railroad Trolleys, Global Positioning Technology, and CAD/computer aided drafting equipment. Our survey vehicles are fully equipped with the latest field survey instruments and mobile phones. Our field personnel are extensively trained, highly skilled, licensed and/or certified surveyors and chainmen. Typically, during construction months we provide four to five survey crews and we can provide a sixth crew on a moment’s notice.

MEET THE TEAM:
James M. Dickey, P.L.S. is a Principal of Cinquini & Passarino with over 23 years of experience in the private sector working for Land Surveying & Civil Engineering firms. He has a variety of experience that includes large municipal projects, subdivisions, boundary surveys that involved boundary analysis, topographic and utility mapping, right-of-way acquisition documents, and calculations for construction projects. Mr. Dickey has also worked several years as a Surveyor utilizing GPS technology performing high precision networks for large corridor projects.
Anthony G. Cinquini, P.E., P.L.S. is a Principal of Cinquini & Passarino and a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor with the State of California with over 23 years of experience in the professions of land surveying and civil engineering. His experience in project management, topographic surveys, right of way and boundary surveys, legal descriptions and plats, construction surveys, and laser scanning technology enhances his ability to effectively provide surveying services for infrastructure improvements, redevelopement, and development projects. Mr. Cinquini is a remote pilot certified with the FAA to commercially operate unmanned aircraft systems and drones.
Howard W. Brunner, P.L.S. is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with the States of California, Nevada, and Washington with 57 years of experience in land surveying and associated technologies working within the public and private sectors. His land surveying experience includes successfully owning and managing surveying companies over his career, as well as being employed as the Land Surveyor Consultant and Registrar for the Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG) for the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs. Mr. Brunner has extensive knowledge providing expert witness services and wine industry related surveys.
Mark P. Andrilla, P.E., P.L.S. is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor with the State of California with over 31 years of experience in the professions of land surveying and civil engineering, particularly from the municipal government prospective. His experience in topographic surveys, right of way and boundary surveys, legal descriptions and plats, construction surveys and overall project management enhances his ability to effectively provide surveying services for infrastructure improvements, redevelopment and development projects.
Mathew D. Dudley, P.L.S. is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with the State of California with over 10 years of experience in land surveying and associated technologies working within the private sector. Land surveying experience includes responsible charge of office and field work for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, elevation certificates, right-of-way surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, rail geometry and compliance surveys, along with the preparation of legal descriptions, court exhibits, land plats, annexation maps, lot line adjustments, and site plans.
